Romantic, Glamping Breaks for Two in Norfolk

Albion Nights luxury, off-grid cabin as seen on Sarah Moore’s Cash in the Spare Room.

If you love the notion of sleeping under the stars but want a bit of luxury thrown in too, then the cabin here at Albion Nights could be just the ticket. The cabin at Albion Nights is tucked away in a private wildflower meadow, in the south of Norfolk, less than 2 hours away from London, making it the perfect location to whisk your loved one away for a romantic glamping break. It could be a short weekend or mid-week break, a week-long holiday, a honeymoon or a surprise treat. Let us help you to create the very best experience of luxurious, off-grid, get-away, down-time for you both.

A break with us here at Albion Nights will bring some peace and tranquillity into your lives, where you can reconnect in our beautiful, secluded wildflower meadow. Enjoy your evenings sitting out under the stars, keeping snug around the fire pit with blankets and sheepskins, with just the sounds of nature and the clink of your wine glasses. Pure bliss.

Albion Nights is the perfect location for your luxury, romantic, staycation break at any time of year. In the warmer months you can enjoy the peace of the meadow, take a soak in the wonderful outdoor bath, sample local wines and cheeses, making memories you’ll cherish around the fire pit. During the chillier months can be even more memorable as you snuggle up inside the cabin by the wood burner with your loved one, watch the wildlife outside or brave a steaming hot outdoor bath under the stars before falling into the cosy double bed with mountains of duvets and blankets. And of course, with the lack of light pollution, stargazing here is second to none at any time of year.

Why not make your stay even easier by ditching the notion of cooking and pre-ordering all your meals from us which will be delivered to the cabin? There really is no need to go anywhere else.

We’re very lucky that the meadow is neighbouring Old Hall Farm where you will be spoilt for choice by the options on offer at the farm shop, cafe and deli. Priding themselves on their raw Jersey milk, butter, cream, and much more, all produced at the farm. So if staying local is your aim, then you really won’t have to go far at all.

A short drive away you’ll be able to stargaze through professional telescopes at Seething Observatory, taste magnificent wine at Flint Vineyard, buy award-winning cheese at Fen Farm Dairy or eat mouthwatering foods at The Wildebeest, Stoke Mill or Suffolk Stonehouse, to name just a few of the wonderful eateries nearby. The market towns of Bungay and Beccles are both close by, as is the wonderful city of Norwich.

If it’s water you’re after, Norfolk has a plethora of stunning beaches to visit, with over 90 miles of coastline ranging from traditional seaside towns to more secluded hidden gems and, of course, it would be remiss not to mention the renown Norfolk Broads, an amazing network of waterways stretching for over 125 miles.

Norfolk is one of the UK ’s favourite destinations for staycation holidays and, with so much to offer, it’s easy to see why. Given that we’re locked down in the midst of a pandemic, the likelihood of any of us getting abroad for a holiday this year is becoming increasingly unlikely, making a romantic glamping break with us here at Albion Nights seem ever more attractive.

So, you really can make a glamping break with us whatever you choose it to be. Hideaway in the cabin or get out and about exploring some of this wonderful county. The choice is all yours. Here’s hoping we can welcome you and your loved one here very soon.
