Come and learn the mindful craft of carving a spoon from locally sourced wood with local craftsman Bobby Spooner. This workshop is suitable for those who’ve already taken part in the Introduction to Green Woodworking workshop
Bobby works in woodlands, felling trees as part of a sustainable and sensitive woodland management project. With the wood that he cuts, he makes products by hand. Through workshops and other events, these skills are shared to inspire people to reconnect with nature and making things with their hands.
This day will include all tools and materials, a simple home-cooked lunch, copious cups of tea or coffee and cake, all in the beautiful outdoor setting at Albion Nights.
