Accessibility and Access For All

At Albion Nights, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our guests. We aim to provide a memorable experience for everyone, but acknowledge that our off-grid, rustic setting, which includes uneven ground and natural terrain, will present challenges for some visitors, particularly those with limited mobility.

Access to the Cabins

There is a gravelled parking area with ample space for guests. The cabins are a short walk away, through woodland, across a meadow and are accessed via steps. While both cabins have handrails, they are currently not step-free and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with significant mobility impairments.

We regret that step-free access is not available at this time. However, we will be working towards designing a cabin that will be fully accessible in the future.

On-Site Environment

Albion Nights is a peaceful, off-grid retreat surrounded by nature. Please note the following:

  • Lighting: There is no street lighting on-site. Ambient fairy lights illuminate the woods and pathways, but we recommend bringing a torch or headlamp for moving around after dark.
  • Soundscape: The site is very quiet, with minimal artificial noise; ideal for a digital detox, but potentially challenging for those who rely on background sound.
  • Sensory Experience: The environment offers a fully immersive sensory experience: birdsong, the rustle of leaves, woodsmoke from the fire and a richly tactile setting.

Guest Support

Whenever possible, guests are welcomed in person and accompanied to their accommodation. If you have specific access needs, please get in touch in advance. We’re happy to talk through any concerns and explore how we can assist. If we cannot meet your needs ourselves, we’re always happy to help you find suitable alternative accommodation nearby.

Events and Workshops

We aim to make our events and workshops as inclusive as possible. If you’d like to attend and have access requirements, please contact us before booking so we can work together to find the best possible arrangements.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are warmly welcomed throughout the site.
